In the early 70’s, Stan Rosenbaum was working for ITT, the company that started developing Palm Coast. In 1984, Stan established his own company, Stajo Construction, and began building exclusively on the beach side of Flagler County. Since then, Stajo has been developing home sites, condos, and commercial buildings that truly reflect the beauty of Flagler County and Hammock Beach. Stan puts his faith in this area by calling it his home.

Stajo and the family that stands behind it continue to be a vibrant part of Palm Coast through their quality of custom homes, their dedication to the environment and their community involvement. Stajo is involved in the local Chambers and other local organizations and efforts to keep this area beautiful and a place that everyone wants to call home.
