The elegant Sea Breeze, reflecting the Old World architecture and interior design themes of small towns and cities throughout Europe, was the Showcase Home in the 11th annual Flagler County Home Builder Association’s Parade of Homes ™.

Stajo Construction, Inc. a family owned business based in Palm Coast that specializes in custom homes, created the Sea Breeze. The father-son team of Stan and Joshua Rosenbaum pride themselves on creating homes with open, spacious floor plans,which offer an easy and natural flow throughout the home.

The attention to detail and the quality of construction has paid off for Stajo Construction. Awards include the showcase home in the 2005 Parade of Homes; and in 2009, the company took the green category in the Aurora Awards, a national honor given at the Southeastern Builders Conference. Then there's the prestigious 2008 award from the Flagler Home Builders Association, where independent judges from outside the area scored 28 homes on detail and design and awarded their Ocean Villa the top Score Award.
